We welcome most pets in our rentals.

We are very thankful to have a wonderful dog friend in our family home and we can appreciate the special bond between humans and pets. 

Pet fees are $40 per month for each dog and $25 per month for each cat. Ask us about other pets.

We do ask for references for your pets and we will request to meet your pet(s) before approving your application just to make sure the situation will work for you, your pet, and other tenants.

If your pet has special needs/issues, please let us know in your application or in a phone conversation.
